Aruba Hotel Options During Covid 2020

My first international trip after 5 months😍 I was so happy to head to Aruba and was really amazed at all the safety measures that they had in placed.

Accommodations:

1.) Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casino

2.) Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino

Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casino

We had so much fun staying @renaruba  The hotel has two properties, Renaissance Aruba Marina Hotel (Adults Only Side) & Renaissance Aruba Ocean Suites (Family Side). In response to circumstances surrounding the Covid-19 Coronavirus pandemic the hotel has made the difficult decision to temporarily close their Marina property.

Disinfecting Wipes and in-room Hand Sanitizer  in our room on arrival.

Exploring Renaissance Island is a must, which is home to Aruba’s only private beaches. This exclusive retreat is only available to guests of Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casino. You can catch complimentary water taxis leaving every 15 minutes from the Renaissances Aruba Ocean Suites at their dock. If you aren’t staying at the hotel, tickets are first come first serve. So get to the hotel early to try to get some. I believe they are about $150 for the day and totally worth it! .

Once on Renaissance Island, there are actually two sides to the island: Flamingo Beach💕 (adult exclusive) or Iguana Beach🦎. We enjoy both sides and the views are spectacular😍 Keep in mind there are only 6 Flamingos at Flamingo Beach.

At the Renaissance Private Island you can also rent a cabana for the day and I’m so glad we did it! It was a great way to celebrate my best friend getting married!

WHAT YOU GET: ⠀

1.) The luxurious cabana with a bottle of champagne, food, snacks, and butler service.⠀

2.) It comes with snorkeling equipment and laying floats, which were so much fun to use.⠀

TIP: Catch the first boat over to Renaissance Island at 7 am to avoid the crowds! We took the first boat over at 7 am and pretty much had all the Flamingos and the whole Flamingo Beach to ourselves✨

Why are they pink?✨
Flamingo feathers obtain their wonderful rosy pink color from pigments in the organisms they eat. The flamingos’ feathers, legs, and face are colored by their diet, which is rich in alpha and beta carotenoid pigments.💕Guess you really are what you eat🤣

Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino

This hotel is nestled on Palm Beach and it’s gorgeous 🏝

@arubamarriott is where I stayed at for the first part of my trip in Aruba and felt extremely safe! They had hand sanitizer dispensers everywhere and reminders around to maintain our social distancing. The room included sanitizing wipes and housekeeping did a great job keeping things safe. The staff were very friendly and the resort in general was phenomenal with the Covid safety procedures. The whole experience was very relaxing and I can’t wait to go back😍

Indulged in a fun day at the beach and reserve a Palapa at the beach! Perfect way to Social distance!
